We only ask for what we need in order to answer you about your project. We do not sell data and we do not add you to any mailing list.

2. What data we collect
From the contact form: name, email, phone, where the project is, the service you are interested in and whatever you write to us. If you send us drawings or photos by email, we process those files too. We do not use profiling or automated decision-making to reply to you.
If you also accept analytics or advertising cookies, Google collects data about your browsing — which pages you look at, which advert brought you here and whether you end up writing to us — in order to measure visits and our campaigns. If you do not accept them, none of that happens: the detail is in the cookie policy.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Answering your enquiry and preparing a quote
- Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form.
- Managing the design or build contract
- Performance of the contract.
- Tax and invoicing obligations
- Legal obligation.
- Form security (anti-spam)
- Legitimate interest.
- Measuring visits and advertising (Google)
- Your consent, given in the cookie banner and withdrawable at any time.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted after 12 months. If we sign a contract, we keep the documentation for the length of the relationship and afterwards for as long as tax law and liability for building defects require.
5. Who else sees it
Our technology suppliers, as data processors: Hostinger International Ltd., which hosts the website and the server that receives the form, and Google Ireland Limited, through Google Workspace, which is our email service and the way your message reaches us.
On a building project the architect or the trades carrying out the work may be involved: they receive only what their work requires.
If you accept analytics or advertising cookies, Google Ireland Limited also sees it, as controller of its own processing.
6. Transfers outside Europe
Google is part of a US group and some of the data is processed outside the European Economic Area, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. This only happens if you accept analytics or advertising cookies: if you refuse them, or withdraw your consent, nothing leaves.
7. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@desenhosaudade.com. We reply within one month. If you believe we have not handled it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
