We are pleased to present this 3D visualization project of a charming house located in the heart of the town of Pollença, which merges the best of local architectural tradition with a modern design. The property is characterized by its stunning arch and stone façade, iconic elements of the area’s architecture that have been meticulously preserved and highlighted in the design.

The 3D exterior images, created by Saudade, not only capture the architectural beauty of the house but also reflect Saudade’s unique design vision, who has brought a creative approach to ensure that the house integrates seamlessly with its historic surroundings, while incorporating contemporary solutions that enhance the functionality and comfort of the space.
